Instructions

Preheat and Prepare:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) . Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Assemble the Stromboli:

  1. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle (about 12×16 inches).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges. Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of mozzarella cheese over the top.
