Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or a similar-sized casserole dish.

2. Cook the Vegetables:

  1. If using fresh cauliflower rice, sauté it in a skillet over medium heat with a little olive oil for 5-7 minutes until softened. If using frozen cauliflower rice, microwave according to package instructions and drain excess moisture. Set aside.

3. Assemble the Casserole:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked cauliflower rice, shredded chicken, broccoli florets, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until evenly mixed.
